Description
Modern Engineering is a leading CNC Machine Shop doing custom parts for our customers. We are a well established company with a stable work environment.


We are looking for someone to work in our Customer Service/Sales Department as a Customer Service Representative, this is a full time/permanent position.

8 hour shift, 5 days a week (Mon - Fri) - 7:30am to 4:00pm.


Duties:


  • Receiving and processing customer order and RFQs,
  • Work as part of the Sales Team,
  • Deal with and resolve customer concerns and inquiries,
  • Cover for Purchasing when away by getting quotes and ordering material, tooling, etc
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Computer knowledge is essential,
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player,
  • Can react well in stressful situations,
  • Manufacturing knowledge/experience is an asset,
  • Experience with an ERP system is an asset,
  • Experience in Customer Service is an asset.

Starts at $20+ per hour (depending on experience)
