Modern Engineering is a leading CNC Machine Shop doing custom parts for our customers. We are a well established company with a stable work environment.
We are looking for someone to work in our Customer Service/Sales Department as a Customer Service Representative, this is a full time/permanent position.
Duties:
- Receiving and processing customer order and RFQs,
- Work as part of the Sales Team,
- Deal with and resolve customer concerns and inquiries,
- Cover for Purchasing when away by getting quotes and ordering material, tooling, etc
- Other duties as required.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Computer knowledge is essential,
- Excellent communication skills and a team player,
- Can react well in stressful situations,
- Manufacturing knowledge/experience is an asset,
- Experience with an ERP system is an asset,
- Experience in Customer Service is an asset.

Wage:
Starts at $20+ per hour (depending on experience)
