Our Talent Acquisition Team is growing, and we have an exciting full-time opportunity available for a Training Programs Administrator.

Due to COVID-19, remote work arrangements are currently in effect and flexible work arrangements beyond COVID-19 will be considered however, attendance at our London, Ontario office will be required from time to time.


Job Description:


What You'll Do:


  • Onboard new management trainees by setting up their required access; order, prepare and ship onboarding materials
  • Update and manage the Management Development Program ("MDP") Social Learning Spaces and master database
  • Assist in managing all MDP postings with universities and thirdparty job boards
  • Coordinate career fair materials and large recruiting events
  • Event coordination of national training events
  • Coordinate logistics for training workshops, annual events, and trainee visits to the National Support Centre (NSC)
  • Format presentations and other materials
  • Prepare and send communications to leadership on training events, recruitment events, and Management Development Program events
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager
  • Create and maintain learning management system user profiles, assign user permissions and courses
  • Maintain digital content repository, ensuring upload of new and updated documents
  • Manage support inbox, technical issue tracking, resolution, and/or escalation
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications:


  • A University degree, or a college diploma with 2+ years of work experience in Administration or Human Resources
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
  • Strong organizational and time management skills ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and handling multiple and competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Experience with computer software (Microsoft programs) and internet research skills
  • Able to learn quickly and develop new skills as required
  • Project and event coordination skills considered an asset

Preferred Skills**:


  • Bilingual communication is considered an asset
  • Experience using and maintaining social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat as well as WordPress is an asset
