Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in healthrelated field
  • Ability to take initiative, good judgement, tact and professional attitude in the workplace;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a commitment to maintaining a healthy work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively general and scientific information both verbally and in writing at all levels;
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable, flexible, and resourceful. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Ability to creatively problemsolve independently, with the ability to identify areas for improvement in site procedures
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient and staff safety
  • Requires excellent interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills to work effectively in a highpressure environment and have the ability to deal with confidential matters

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience working in a clinical research environment
  • Training and experience with sample collection
  • Experience working in a laboratory
  • Diploma or certificate in Clinical Trials Management
  • CPR certificate up to date
  • Training in ICH/GCP guidelines
  • Proficiency in French would be an asset
  • The incumbent will maintain certification in: WHMS training and Transportation of Dangerous Goods training

  • St. Joseph's Health Care London through its affiliation with Western University and Fanshawe College is a leading research and teaching hospital. As an employee of St. Joseph's you will be expected to engage in role related teaching and research activities in addition to any of your clinical duties

Immunization Requirements

  • Provide documentation you have received two doses of the Covid19 vaccine and a written commitment to follow any
- future Public Health recommendations and St. Joseph's Health Care London policies and processes related to Covid
- management in the workplace.

  • Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox)
  • Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
