    This is NOT your typical retail sales management job.

    We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a burning desire to succeed in a hybrid retail sales management role.

    You want to see your store at the top of the leader board every week, month, and quarter. You are laser focused on your store's success. As a Hybrid Retail Store Sales Manager, you are organized, disciplined and a self-starter.

    You are someone who will supports a culture of accountability, performance, and new business acquisition in our consumer, business, and corporate markets.

    You are creative, resilient, and passionate about learning and exceeding sales goals.

    You have an intense desire to lead, coach and mentor sales advisors to achieve their individual success within the organization.

    You and your team find real solutions for our clients from our core Consumer and Business products (Mobility, Home & Business Security, VOIP, Fleet Services and Web Solutions.

    Performance Objectives:
    Achieve minimum store revenue targets.
    Maintain a healthy sales funnel with a minimum of 3 appointments a day per rep.
    Conduct warm calls, cold calls, text, and email campaigns to support the building of your team's pipeline.

    Through our 7 Steps of Selling process (a full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing new clients) you will coach and mentor you team to ensure daily revenue objectives are met.

    Conduct weekly coach sessions and accountability sessions with your team to improve performance.
    You will become the resident B2B expert to add value to your store location.
    You will enthusiastically market the CPC through social media and referral acquisition.

    You will regularly train, learn, and evaluate all our operational systems, such as our POS, Partners, Statflo, CRM's, repair, and trade-in portals.

    Attend and enthusiastically participate in key meetings, huddles, and group chats.
    You're going to help us shape company culture by living out agreed upon values, specifically ethics and integrity.
    You're enthusiastic, have a passion for sales, and are not afraid to ask for the sale.
    You want to be rewarded on performance and attaining objectives.
    You're disciplined around time management, setting priorities, and accomplishing goals.
    You lead from the front of the store, not the back.

    You understand that sales objectives are our primary focus while maintaining exceptional customer with client every transaction and interaction.

    This is not a role for someone who doesn't want to be measured on their performance.
