Description

• Manage the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop financial reports and analysis to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC reporting requirements for public companies
• Prepare financial statements and other disclosures required by regulatory bodies
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards
• Provide financial analysis and support for business initiatives and projects
• Manage and develop the accounting team, providing coaching and feedback as necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• CPA or other relevant professional certification
• 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance, including 3 years experience in a Controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and develop a team
• Familiarity with accounting software and other financial tools
