Synergy IT is looking for onsite techs around Montreal area on as required basis with one day notice for long term association like 5 years to begin with to serve their several local Clients onsite.

Job Duties

  • Incidents / Break and Fix Services : Restoring the normal services operation of an end user service, includes the workstation (desktops, laptops or thin client), its associated peripherals (monitor, mouse, keyboard), desk phone and small printers.
  • Installations, Moves, Additions, Changes and De-Install.
  • Troubleshooting on hardware, operation system, connectivity related issues or software related issues that cannot be resolved remotely or that require the physical presence in the field.
  • Configuration of smaller networks, Server Support, LAN/WANs, router/switches support, configuration of multi functions

Requirements:

Minimum of two years technical experience required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.


Skills/Qualifications:
Provide Technical support for client end users
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows operating systems,

Knowledge of MacOs/IOS and Android will be assert

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS etc.
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Server operating systems
Knowledge and experience with routers and firewalls,
Strong organizational and project management skills is a plus


Job Types:
Part-time, Contract, Freelance

Part-time hours: 10 per week


Salary:
$45.00-$60.00 per hour
