Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Production Supervisor for one of our clients In
St. Catherine.

Duties:

Supervise and coordinate production team activities
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Develop and implement production schedules and workflows
Train, mentor, and motivate employees to meet performance goals
Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing setting
Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of production processes and quality standards
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently

Nice-to-have Skills:

Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
Experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing industry
