Business Application Ownership and Management at TD is part of an enterprise-wide data and analytics ecosystem.

Using professional and experiential knowledge, the Business Application Ownership and Management team works in close partnership with corporate functions and technology, as well as aligns to project management, business analysis, business management, strategy and governance.

About this Role

As a Business Application, Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage a sizeable team of specialists for performing overall operations with moderate risk, complexity and scope
  • Grow team expertise and develop skills and capabilities to achieve career goals while supporting project's success and thereby achieving business results
  • Provide people management leadership and deliver business results by hiring top talent, allocating resources appropriately, setting goals, coaching, mentoring and developing staff and managing performance and compensation
  • Oversee financial planning and management processes for Operations and Marketing Technology budgets
  • Own and maintain threeyear roadmaps to establish vision, clarity and strategic alignment with business
  • Own the deployment and change requirements for initiatives and projects spanning across all project tiers
  • Be accountable for documentation management (e.g. operations manuals, test plans, more)

What can you bring to TD? Share your most relevant experience, credentials and knowledge for this role, as well as these essential requirements and attributes:

  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
  • Seven (7) or more years relevant experience
  • 5 years as a BSA or Project Manager or Intake Specialist, 2 years leading a team.
  • Exposure to Fraud Applications such as DSAP, Rdata, PRM.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of intake processes and methodologies
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Confluence and Jira
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of lifecycle methodology, business testing, project management, change management and governance standards
  • Technical Acumen
  • Adept in working multifunctionality, communicating professionally (both speaking and writing) and establishing positive working relationships across multiple business and technology partners, programs and project managers
