Preventous Cosmetic Medicine and Collaborative Health is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic and passionate
Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading our organizational Marketing efforts.


We are looking for a talented and collaborative individual to own the broader Marketing function across the company and lead a small, internal Marketing team while managing external agency partners in the collective pursuit of business objectives.

This is a tremendous opportunity for impact and leadership in the exciting and evolving medical cosmetic space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embrace rolling up your sleeves and wearing multiple hats to
    be a working leader on a small team, leading by example and with conviction

Operationalize our Marketing efforts with an emphasis on Digital Marketing tactics and channels to
drive growth and success toward business objectives

  • Employ a deeply datadriven approach to
    establish comprehensive, highlevel reporting frameworks across channels, campaigns, and functions to promote ownership, visibility, and accountability

Own and advance our strategic SEO efforts to maximize visibility through organic search by collaborating with external agency partners, keeping up with the fast-changing search landscape, and being hands-on with both strategy and implementation

Own and advance our Performance Marketing channels by working with external agency partners to plan and execute compelling campaigns paid across channels, optimizing budget/spend, and being accountable to growth-critical KPIs

  • Continually
    monitor and optimize our inbound acquisition funnel with a laserfocus on driving traffic, qualified leads, and conversions

Provide leadership and oversight to our internal creative team to ensure alignment with broader Marketing efforts across channels and teams

Provide leadership and oversight on ancillary Marketing activities across the organization like PR, organic Social Media, events, sponsorships, etc

Own the annual and quarterly Marketing budget and make strategic recommendations and adjustments based on insight, data, and performance

Own the intake of competing tasks and initiatives from across the company and prioritize work based on impact, effort and organizational need

Lead customer engagement efforts to promote a "customer-led" mentality and inform effective segmentation, targeting, and messaging across all touchpoints

Lead, mentor, and advocate for a small, internal team of marketers and designers and encourage their career growth and skill development, while promoting a culture of care for their work and their colleagues


What we're looking for
-
Demonstrated expertise in Digital Marketing (5+ years) and experience with strategically driving successful business results through thoughtful and impactful Marketing campaigns
-
A background in functional or people leadership in either a professional or personal context, or a passionate ambition toward leadership

  • A
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • A specific emphasis on experience and
    expertise in developing SEM (SEO/Paid Search) Paid Social digital channels:
  • A
    deep proficiency with foundational Digital Marketing tools and analytical platforms such as (or parallel to) Google Analytics/Optimizely/Hotjar, SEM Rush/Ahrefs/Moz, Hubspot, Google/Meta/Bing Ads, MailChimp/ActiveCampaign/Klaviyo, Shopify/WordPress etc
  • A
    datadriven mindset and a keen eye toward A/B Testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) with the ability to effectively balance analytics and intuitive judgment toward consistent, incremental success

Experience with working in CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify

  • Experience or
    familiarity with the medical, cosmetic, or beauty industries is beneficial but not required
