- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion or graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience in ladies' fashion, with a strong understanding of fabrics and garment construction
- College diploma in Graphic Design and/or a background in Fine Arts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and follow through with meticulous attention to detail
- Bilingual in French and English (strong English required for communication with suppliers outside Quebec)
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- The ability to create Illustrator flat sketches is considered an asset
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development of our private label print collection under the mentorship of the Design Director.
- Create original textile prints, recolor existing artwork, and develop print repeats
- Prepare, review, and comment on print strike-offs.
- Develop presentation boards in collaboration with the design team for internal meetings
- Work cross-functionally with design and production teams to ensure prints meet technical and production standards
- Communicate daily with overseas suppliers on all print-related matters
