Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying and selling properties. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.


Duties:

• Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants
• Conduct property showings and provide tours to interested parties
• Assist clients in determining their buying or selling needs and preferences
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
• Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay uptodate with market trends and changes in real estate regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license in the province of Alberta or willingness to get licensed
• Valid drivers license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends to meet client needs

$100,538.00-$117,765.00 per year
