About the job

Our client is a well-established, privately-owned, local Vancouver company that provides strata

management services to strata corporations throughout the Lower Mainland. They are looking for a proactive and organized Licensed Strata Manager to join their team to oversee a portfolio of strata corporations and provide guidance, support, and exceptional service to Strata Councils and owners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strata corporations and act as the main point of contact.
  • Provide guidance on the Strata Property Act, bylaws, and governance.
  • Prepare for and attend council meetings, AGMs, and SGMs (some evenings required).
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and service providers.
  • Assist with annual budgets, financial reporting, and documentation.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, notices, and meeting minutes.
  • Work with administrative and accounting teams to support clients.
  • Maintain compliance with BCFSA licensing requirements.

Requirements

  • Current BCFSA Strata Manager Representative License (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2+ years of strata management experience in British Columbia.
  • Working knowledge of the Strata Property Act and Regulations, Real Estate Services Act, Regulation and Council Rules, privacy legislation and industry updates.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle.
