Job brief
We are looking for a competent Foreman or Crew Leader to coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites.

As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project.

A construction foreman has a solid background in the field. A focus on water and stream restoration and creek work is an asset.

Your leadership skills and your extensive experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions.

You must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

Proven experience as construction foreman
Indepth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to communicate and report effectively
Aptitude in math
Problemsolving abilities
Good physical condition and stamina
High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade
Make sure that the job housekeeping is kept up to date as well as the work truck
All PPE is a must
Truck is preloaded at the end of every workday
