Description
We are looking for an experienced clinic services co-ordinator for Dixie Medical Group.The clinic services co-ordinator will be responsible for assisting the clinic Manager with all operations of the clinic.
A customer focus attitude and good organizational skills are required to maintain a high quality of service and operational standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinate the clinic staff, schedule and services.
- Develop, review and implement clinic operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers at the medical clinic.
- Handle incoming calls, messages and faxes as required.
- Order supplies and schedule maintenance and repairs of clinic equipment.
- Project staffing needs and complete hiring procedures in collaboration with clinic manager.
- Training of new staff members and time management.
- Auditing the daily schedule for booking conflicts and scheduling errors.
- Performing employee reviews to provide constructive feedback on their performance
- Coordinate with other employees to enhance clinic productivity and business promotion.
- Strong administration skills, able to take on tasks and projects as assigned.
Ideal Experience/Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in the healthcare field.
- At least one year of work experience in Canadian healthcare system.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).
