Growth and Marketing Manager


Company Description:
We are a
digital health platform that is dedicated to providing affordable and convenient healthcare to all.

Our
online pharmacy allows customers to order prescription medications, health supplements, and personal care products from the comfort of their homes.

We are seeking a
Growth and Marketing Manager to help us drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and to build our brand in the competitive healthcare market.


Compensation:
This position has a base salary + performance bonuses and potential stock options


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and use this information to inform marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience of the online pharmacy, including website design, user interface, and product offering
  • Develop and manage a content marketing strategy, including creating blog posts, social media content, and other educational materials to engage customers and build the company's brand
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, conversion rates, and website traffic
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing and ecommerce, and use this knowledge to continuously improve the company's marketing efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or ecommerce industry
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, as well as the digital marketing landscape
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content
  • Experience with content marketing, including creating blog posts, social media content, and other educational materials
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, website design, and user experience optimization
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is a plus

From $50,000.00 per year
