_Collection Manager_
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for collection management of multiple AMJ Campbell offices
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding debts, negotiate payment terms, and resolve issues
- Develop and implement effective collections strategies to maximize recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance collection effectiveness
- Assess the credit risk of potential and existing customers
Qualifications
- 25 years' workplace experience in a similar collections and/or accounts receivable role
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to excel within a fast pace, high stress level environment
- History of working within the logistics/transportation industry would be an asset but not mandatory
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
