Description

Experience with basic hand tools, in renovation, and in controlled demolition is a must.

Must be able to take & accurately follow instructions.
Works well with others & alone.
Willing to work in crawl spaces, attics, indoors and outdoors.
Ability to be respectful of clients' home / property / privacy
Basic understanding of construction principles & procedures
Must be highly safetyconscious, following safety protocols & regulations
Site protection
Site cleanup

Responsibilities / Requirements:

Assist with Flood Tech and Carpenters

Willing to learn

Clean appearance

Clean drivers abstract

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Good at problem solving

Must be willing to work on an on call rotation

Experience:

- construction: 3 years (preferred)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
