Big Country RV (a subsidiary of Leisure Days RV Group) has a part-time, seasonal opportunity for an RV Detailer/Cleaner. Hours will vary and will include some weekdays and weekends.

Overview:


The RV Detailer performs general detailing and cleaning activities for new and used recreational vehicles in order to improve and/or maintain their appearance prior to customer delivery.

This position is all about the details. If you are passionate about making sure that no detail is overlooked, no matter how small, you might be the person we are looking for

Service Manager


Compensation:
$18.00/hr.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service.
  • Detail new and used customer units prior to customer pick up.
  • Clean, maintain and organize sales lot inventory.
  • Light janitorial duties to keep the facility clean and in good working order.
  • Recondition and paint/ fabric protecting used inventory.
  • Assist the Sales and Service departments by cleaning and preparing customer units and detailing them to make them better than new.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Passion for cleaning and able to take initiative.
  • An eye for the details.
  • Consider the safety of others in situations where there is a risk of harm.
  • Communicate with coworkers and customers.
  • Follow company rules and procedures for collecting and scanning tickets.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and vacuuming.
  • Previous detail experience & RV knowledge would be considered assets.
  • Operate a forklift or other heavy machinery will be considered an asset.
  • Positive attitude who enjoys dealing with the public, and who are not afraid to get their hands dirty.
