    Call Center Representative (Billing)

This is the job for you We are currently looking for a Call Center Representative for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

    What is in it for you:

    Hourly salary of $19.15.
    5-month contract.
    Full-time: 37.50 hours per week.
    Rotation schedule (on weekdays): between 8 am and 8 pm.
    Hybrid work: Core shifts are based on tenure and business needs.
    Training duration: 2 weeks duration (on-site).

    Responsibilities:

    Provide "first-in-class" service to our customers/brokers by supporting billing telephone inquiries in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
    Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with our brokers and underwriters on billing-related matters.
    Act as Company Ambassadors by providing accurate and efficient triage to the appropriate team for further assistance to inbound insurance/claims inquiring customers.
    Communicate clearly, effectively, and empathetically with customers through telephony and electronic means such as email, resolving issues, and describing various programs/services available to our customers.
    Interpret and identify the customer's needs and respond appropriately and professionally.
    Systematically obtain relevant information to provide seamless interaction with our customers when supporting their inquiries.
    Take ownership of customer relations through dedicated service and commitment to follow-through.
    Handle a minimum of 70+ calls per day.

    What you will need to succeed:

    Customer service experience in a similar role.
    1-2 years of experience in a contact center environment.
    Excellent communication skills.
    Excellent telephone etiquette.
    Proficiency in French (spoken and written) is an asset.
