Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of movie production? William F. White International Inc.("WFW"), a Sunbelt Rentals Company, the largest movie equipment rental company, is looking for a Client Services Supervisor to join us.
With offices across the country, WFW services productions of all sizes from coast to coast and houses an extensive state-of-the-art inventory.
Our job is to help bring the magic of storytelling to life, by supporting our clients as their go-to Partners in Production.
The Client Services Supervisor oversees the Client Services (CSR) & Rentals Desk department, fostering a positive & collaborative team, working closely and cohesively with internal office and warehouse operations to best serve on-site clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate & assign the daytoday activities of the team, ensuring they have the information, tools and resources needed to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate and oversee production assignments, Resolve any conflicts, or feedback from staff or customers
- Generate reports as necessary, ensuring CSRs are taking appropriate measures to mitigate late returns.
- Oversee and assist with checkins and checkouts of equipment packages
- Elicit feedback from production crews on current level of service and address areas of improvement, fielding any customer concerns or complaints and ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Receive and appropriately distribute order documents from the CSR department to warehouse floor staff.
- Collaborate with the Rental Inventory Coordinator to correct inventory discrepancies
- Perform CSR related duties, provide daytoday support to productions in the regional offices.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years related industry experience, preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience leading a team, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experienced with inventory control systems, knowledge of RTPro, an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment
- Ability and willingness to delegate tasks, take initiative and lead
- Willing to work alternate hours, as necessary

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
