- Open, prepare, and sort all received mail designated for digital imaging and subsequent processing.
- Analyze document content to determine its corresponding Business area/work type (Individual Life, Wealth Management, Affinity, GSRS, Bank, and/or Group).
- Apply appropriate tracking methodologies for specific mail streams and processes.
- Perform document scanning duties using high-speed scanners when necessary.
- Monitor select workflow queues to troubleshoot imaging issues directed from Business Unit processing areas.
- Provide the necessary level of Quality Control (QC).
- Deliver excellent quality customer service and act as a liaison between Office Services and Business Unit customers.
- Maintain a consistent workflow, set priorities, and work within tight deadlines to meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which directly impact the ability of all Business Units to process their work.
- Experience operating office equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues.
- Proven knowledge of all Business Unit document types and forms recognition.
- Working knowledge of AWD, CICS, Lotus Notes, IAS, Compass, InfoDirect.
- Demonstrated PC skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to manage fluctuating volumes of work and to set short-term priorities.
- Critical attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to recognize a wide variety of documents.
- Works well independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- French (spoken and written) required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Candidate must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
