Job Overview:


As a Call Center Representative / Customer Service agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with reservations, orders, and inquiries.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing information about our menu, reservations, specials, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with placing takeout orders, delivery orders, and reservations, accurately entering orders into our system and ensuring that all special requests and preferences are noted.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or the equivalent.
  • Proficient data entry skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  • Positive and friendly attitude with a customercentric approach.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$22.30-$26.10 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
