Description

Fil-Trek Corporation is a leading manufacturer of industrial filtration equipment for customers around the globe. Our products are designed and manufactured at our Cambridge, ON facility.

We are currently looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate with production department daily for goods being released to shipping department.
Prepare all required documents, packing slips, custom documents, BOL, shipping labels, any additional documents or labeling required and final invoicing to customer.
Quote freight and schedule carrier.
Release documents to shipping department to prepare goods to load onto freight carrier.
Close jobs in ERP system when shipped.
Experience with an ERP system an asset.

Qualifications

Postsecondary education in a related field.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
Attention to detail.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
