Part Time Property Manager
Qualifications:
- People oriented, a team player, adaptable and ability to have good time management skills
- Manage relationships with Board Members and Condominium Owners.
- Able to navigate key programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and Condo Manager.
- Work closely with a team to support the daily functions of Condominium Management.
- Must have transportation to travel within London
- Preference given to those newly licensed and looking to expand their and build their current profile.
This position requires a self-starter who can work independently with mínimal supervision. Sunshine Property prides themself in Positivity and Quality Customer Service.
