    Electrical Test Laboratory Manager


    This role requires hands-on responsibility for ensuring that everything functions in the lab: electrical and operational, providing safety training for all lab personnel, planning tests and test reports.

    • Ensure test lab personnel are fully trained in testing and safety procedures as well as follow up on all valid technical and safety rules.

    Your Key Responsibilities:



    • Manage all electrical tests from standard procedures on all ranges of instrument transformers using the appropriate knowledge of electricity concepts including electric circuitry principles along with necessary laboratory equipment to ensure daily production quotas are met.

    Closely coordinate testing activities across multiple teams such as Production Planning & Quality Control Departments. Ensure smooth execution by anticipating potential issues prior to their occurrence through diligent proactive monitoring of overall system performance at regular intervals throughout project life cycle stages – before they impact productivity negatively.

    Responsibilities also include:
    Pledge adherence strictly adhering guideline recommendations regarding inherent qualities coming directly because those specifics areas sourcing information 'rigorous accident prevention policies'.​​
