Description

We are a Kitchen and bath manufacturer located in Brampton, ON, in business for over 50 years. Our growth has created opportunities for a full time Plant Foreman.

Duties include (but not limited to):

Oversee and manage production projects from start to finish
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and materials
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the production floor
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production documents
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
Provide leadership and supervision to production staff
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the production process

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plant Foreman or similar role in the manufacturing industry with a minimum of 10 years experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production documents
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines

Pay:
$75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
