In your role, you will:

Participate actively in fullcycle recruitment process (preselection, interviews, and offers);
Ensure that the recruiting processes and hiring engine are delivering effectively and in an integrated manner with the overall talent needs. In doing so, a constant focus will be placed on hiring the top talent for today and ensuring a pipeline of innovative talent for the future.
Proven ability to balance a high number of open positions, managing roles across multiple teams and departments.
Partnering with hiring managers, other members of the HR community, as well as team colleagues to determine the current and future recruiting needs.
Performing extensive research, industry calibration, and reference checking.
Stay abreast of sourcing/recruiting trends.

Qualifications

You hold a Bachelor's in Human Resources, or in a related field or with an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job;
You have a minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment preferably in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry;
You have a proven ability to balance a high number of open positions, managing roles across multiple teams and departments.
You are a team and resultsoriented individual who has the capacity to influence others;
You have experience with internet searches by various recruiting techniques and methods;
You have good knowledge of MS Office;
You have knowledge in SAP HR and an Applicant Tracking System, Taleo and SuccessFactors, an asset;
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with mínimal supervision (Bilingual English / French).
You can utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources, such as referrals, to proactively develop a talent pipeline for critical roles
