This position is a temporary contract that will help support our Turnaround and Outage 2024 season.

  • Support payroll, and timecard collection for 100+ employees.
  • Verify Payroll Data Entry.
  • Weekly Payroll reconciliations.
  • Vouchering invoices for payment.
  • Creating Purchase Orders for the Branch.
  • Submitting Expense reports for field employees.
  • Scanning and entering backup and other required paperwork into the system.
  • Support Branch with onboarding for turnaround workforce.
  • Crosstrain and support other branches with administrative tasks as needed.
  • 2+ years year payroll/billing experience required;
  • 1+ years customer service experience preferred;
  • Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel required;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required;
  • Effective organizational and time management skills required;
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment;
