RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience to ensure they leave with a smile
- Demonstrate menu knowledge, take orders promptly, highlight daily specials, and suggest additional items
- Follow Smartserve guidelines for responsible alcohol serving
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate well with both colleagues and managers
- Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures as outlined
Experience & Key Attributes
- Minimum one year of serving or bartending experience (preferred)
- Smartserve certification required
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including part-time hours on weekends
