Responsibilities:


  • Primary point of contact for clients, in charge of client retention and growth
  • Actively expanding new channels of business and services
  • Forming creative strategies and providing quotes
  • Contract negotiation and drafting
  • Develop workback schedules and identify key milestones for clients and team members
  • Lead briefings and client presentations and support in creating client presentations, ensuring they are on brief and on brand.
  • Manage daytoday operational aspects of projects and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Tracking project status and ensuring roadblocks to completion are mitigated or
escalated.

  • Ensuring that all budgetary objectives are met, making adjustments as needed
  • Identify issues, propose resolutions, and brief to production team
  • Designing, documenting, and maintaining project management systems

Required Qualifications:


  • Fluent in Mandarin is a must
  • 24 years experience managing a variety of digital project types: site builds, content management systems and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of how to manage and control project scope, schedule, budget, resource management/reporting and change management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting
  • An understanding of Client needs and Client Service requirements.
  • Experience in team management and client communications
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and responsive to feedback
  • Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills to facilitate effective task and resource management
  • Demonstrated communication, presentation, management, facilitation, and negotiation skills
  • A solutionsoriented mindset with the ability to lead by example
  • The ability to stay focused on driving goals, even in highpressure situations
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills
