As an Association Learning Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our learning programs. You'll be responsible for managing administrative and operational tasks, with a strong focus on the Association Learning programs and our Learning Management System (LMS). Your duties will encompass everything from scheduling and course setup to participant support and logistics coordination. This role is crucial in supporting our Association Learning team and collaborating with trainers across the organization.   • WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Report to the Manager, Association Learning Programs.
  • Apply your expertise in LMS (Workday) and manager learning events, including creating & assigning courses, scheduling, and maintaining accurate learning records.
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues for end users.
  • Conduct learning event preparation, including sending confirmations and ordering materials.
  • Support facility and equipment management for learning spaces.
  • Compile accurate monthly and quarterly learning reports.
  • Manage inquiries related to Association Learning Programs.
  • Provide office administrative support, including handling invoices and supplies.
  • Communicate learning initiatives on our intranet (SharePoint).
  • WHAT YOU'VE DONE

  • You have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an administrator.
  • You have working knowledge of LMS.
  • You have experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role.
  • You work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • You've got strong interpersonal skills with highly developed communication skills.
  • You are a self starter and can demonstrate initiative.
  • You have excellent data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You're proficient in the following MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
