VERB is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide support to Project Managers with project organization and internal communications.

This role is specialized website building and provides the opportunity for professional development and growth in one of those areas.

Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager with continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Delivery team
Support with planning and facilitating client workshops and requirements gathering meetings
Collaborate with team members throughout the agency to ensure successful implementation of all projects
Work within CMS to strategically plan website content strategy
Identify and flag issues within CMS or marketing deliverables and report them back to Account Lead for resolution
Attend project standups and internal meetings to capture meeting notes and keep up on project status
Other general client support duties as required

Requirements:

02 years' experience in marketing/ advertising industry
Postsecondary education with a focus on advertising, marketing, communications, or business
Highly organized and ability to function in a fastpaced business environment
Demonstrated ability to create and present reviews to internal management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly meticulous and detailoriented
Experience across a range of digital media
