As a Sales Development Representative, you are a critical member of our team identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities.

Responsibilities Include:

Nurture leads, educate and develop prospects to handoff to the Business Development team
Cold call / contract prospects generated by a variety of sources
Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach

Required Qualifications:

Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing an asset
Highvolume cold calling appointment setting, or lead generation experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A high level of professionalism
A great speaking voice
CRM experience
Detail oriented, driven, and tenacious
Results oriented and great at multitasking
Be capable of handling customer rejection
