We are a multi-location,fast-growing restaurant brand based in San Diego with strong in-store,
online ordering,and catering demand.
We are seeking a long-term marketing partner
to fully own and operate our marketing systems across email ,
SMS , POS marketing,paid ads,and promotional execution.
You will act as our embedded marketing manager,responsible for end-to-end marketing execution across all customer touchpoints:
EmailSMS/text/marketing Toast POsmarketing Paid social & digital ads In-store and online promotions Subscriber growth & retention Catering and large-order lead generation You will own the full lifecycle—from setup to execution,optimization/reporting/iteration Core Responsibilities Email Marketing (Klaviyo – Full Ownership)You will fully own our email marketing infrastructure using Klaviyo,includinbg Flows(Build,Maintain,Ooptimize)
New subscriber welcome flows First-time guest conversion flows Repeat-guest loyalty flows Lapsed customer reactivation flows Birthday and anniversary flows Post-purchase follow-ups Catering inquiryand nurtureflows Location-specific automationflows
