Responsibilities:


  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking their orders accurately and promptly.
  • Operate the cash register and handle cash and electronic transactions with precision, following all cash handling procedures.
  • Prepare and package customer food orders, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work station, following all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely service to customers.
  • Follow established opening and closing procedures to ensure the restaurant is ready for daily operations.
  • Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Do you have proficiency in speaking Arabic? We value diversity and want to ensure we can effectively communicate with our customers who may prefer Arabic as their primary language.
  • Previous experience in customer service, specifically in the food industry or a restaurant chain, is a requirement for this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing and cash handling.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices is desirable but not mandatory.

Part-time hours: 25-35 per week


Salary:
From $16.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Employees wear masks and gloves when engaging with customers and handling food.

Work stations and kitchen are regularly sanitized and a transparent wall divides employees and customers to limit the spread of COVID-19.

All employees are fully vaccinated.
