Job Responsibility

  • Customer Service:
  • Coordinate with the yard on orders prepared before trucks show up. Organize Packing slips
  • Orders to be shipped / pick up/truck booking for deliveries. Check all paper workdelivery address, tel # and bookings.
  • Book keeping clerical work and assisting the Manager in Miscellaneous tasks.
  • Inform customers on delivery date/time and send thanks.
  • Arrange courier bookings. Packing & sending samples.
  • Get quotes and book trucks for delivery.
  • Maintaining shipped orders file, filing invoices/packing slips.
  • Learning to do sales order in inventory package.
  • Learn products and answer calls related to stock check.
  • Learn order writing.
  • Assist in walk in customers

Sales and Marketing:

  • Maintaining customer data in CRM for leads, new customers.
  • Marketing and Sales (to be trained)
  • Follow up on leads and directing them to sales reps/ dealers, keeping a track.
  • Tradeshows
- bookings, co-ordination, representation.

  • Ordering stationary, office supplies, yard supplies and maintaining Inventory.
  • Using your technical writing skills and communication skills to propose new ideas for marketing
  • Multidisciplinary role and you will have the opportunity to grow with the company into different areas based on performance
  • Filling up other employees in case of absence / work load.

Salary:
$21.00-$24.00 per hour

Experience:

- sales: 3 years (required)
