    The Retail Planning and Analytics team is passionate about empowering our others through data driven insights to drive exceptional experience for our teams and business. We analyze, forecast, plan and optimize our business, ask great questions and solve hard problems through curiosity, collaboration and innovation.

    a day in the life: what you'll do
    • Drives analytical insight on workforce through descriptive and diagnostic analytics
    • Forecasts and plans into retail and omni workforce to optimize for financial and people outcomes
    • Support development of workforce strategy and initiatives
    • Supports change management, training and user acceptance testing across the organization
    • Supports execution of initiatives to optimize workforce


    qualifications
    • 3-5+ years of analyst experience or other relevant work, experience in workforce analytics an asset
    • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred i.e. statistics, mathematics, data analytics or relevant experience
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI an asset
    • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentation. Must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms.
    • Proven track record of cross functional enrollment and leadership

    Compensation and Benefits Package

    lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 CADannually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
