Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible individual to join our team as a Keyholder in our licensed cannabis retail store.
As a Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, maintaining security measures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cannabis retail store, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, providing accurate information, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders to ensure adequate product availability.
Handle cash transactions, including opening and closing the register, reconciling cash, and preparing daily sales reports.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and meet business targets.
Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, checking for product quality and accuracy, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to customers and maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business, retail management, or related fields is a plus.
Cannsell Certificate Required
Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and their effects.
Familiarity with local and Provincial regulations governing cannabis sales and possession.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience in supervising and motivating a team.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain strict cash handling procedures.
Basic computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Must be19 years of age or older and pass any required background checks or licensing processes.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
