Your Role:

Your role as Contract Administrator will include:

Travelling to remote Nunavik, Québec communities and conducting general conformance review on assigned construction sites.
Managing and tracking incoming and/or outgoing project tasks during the construction phase of projects.
Coordinating with Housing Project Manager, Consultants, and General Contractors to track project schedules, as well as being responsible for the submission of deliverables.
Conducting field reviews and contract administration duties, including populating and updates to various logs/schedules such as daily site reviews, weekly progress reports and progress payments.
Writing and reviewing reports, specifications, and other engineering documents to ensure adherence to contract documents and quality standards.
