Your Role:
Your role as Contract Administrator will include:
- Travelling to remote Nunavik, Québec communities and conducting general conformance review on assigned construction sites.
- Managing and tracking incoming and/or outgoing project tasks during the construction phase of projects.
- Coordinating with Housing Project Manager, Consultants, and General Contractors to track project schedules, as well as being responsible for the submission of deliverables.
- Conducting field reviews and contract administration duties, including populating and updates to various logs/schedules such as daily site reviews, weekly progress reports and progress payments.
- Writing and reviewing reports, specifications, and other engineering documents to ensure adherence to contract documents and quality standards.
