You Are
The PM/Scrum Master will lead Agile delivery for one or more teams while managing end to end project execution. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Mastery, and cross functional stakeholder management.

The Opportunity

  • Agile & Scrum Leadership
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum values, and continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments, shield the team from distractions, and ensure smooth sprint execution.
  • Assess and improve Agile maturity across teams and stakeholders.
  • Project Management
  • Lead planning, scheduling, risk management, and progress tracking for projects.
  • Coordinate with business owners and technical leads to ensure alignment to scope, timelines, and quality.
  • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, status reports, and governance deliverables.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure timely delivery.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management & Agile Delivery.
  • Minimum 5+ years as a Scrum Master with strong Agile/Scrum knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple cross functional teams simultaneously.
  • Experience working in scaled Agile (SAFe/Enterprise Agile) environments preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, PMP or equivalent.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Enterprise Platforms, or large product workplaces.
  • Background in business analysis or product development.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range
: $80,000-$120,000

Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
