Key Responsibilities


Under the direction of the Asset Manager, performs a variety of administrative support for the Asset Management Division, including Facilities and FleetServices.


  • Processes and verifies all invoices for fleet and facilities for payment, and accuracy. Follows up with suppliers or vendors for clarification on invoice.
  • Prepares spreedsheets and maintains applicable databases from information related to fleet and facilities.
  • Types correspondence, maintains a variety of log sheets, calendars, task lists and provides necessary documents to the Fleet Supervisor and FacilitiesSupervisor.
  • Maintains Carm scheduling for the Asset Management unit.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Competencies


  • Complete Grade XII or Grade XII Equivalent and Office Education Certificate and/or equivalent.
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 w.p.m. with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of project management concepts would be considered an asset.
  • Good working knowledge of CARM and databases for query and entering.
  • Must have the ability to work with independently in dynamic situations requiring a various number of tasks.
  • Ability to work with other agencies including various levels of government.
  • Professional communication skills including both verbal and written.

Job Types:

Salary:
$55,463.00-$66,607.00 per year
