We are looking for a Client Transitions Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our fast-paced and collaborative Transitions Management Team.

What You Will Do

  • As a member of the Client Transitions Team, you will play a pivotal role in our firm's client acquisition and onboarding efforts by facilitating the seamless onboarding of institutional clients, ensuring a superior client experience from initial engagement to account activation. You will work closely with clients, sales, relationship managers, portfolio managers, legal and other investment operations teams to manage the endtoend onboarding process.
  • This exciting role is for an individual who is passionate about delivering the highest quality client service through strong investment operations knowledge.
You will work with key decision makers on the team and have a broad range of responsibilities, including:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support through the onboarding journey,
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to facilitate the setup of client profiles and accounts, including account opening, funding plans and transfers
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or bottlenecks to expedite the onboarding process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other external stakeholders, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and objectives

What You Bring

  • Client Engagement Expertise: You have experience delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.
  • Collaborative Approach: You are a strong communicator with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders collaboratively. You proactively seek and provide input.
  • Operational Proficiency: You have an understanding of regulatory requirements governing client onboarding and account opening processes, and a strong interest in developing tailored transition plans. You also have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge: You have indepth knowledge of institutional investment products including Canadian and nonCanadian products (UCITS, CITs).
  • Academic Training: At minimum, you have an undergraduate degree in finance, business or related discipline and 3+ years in an investment operations or clientfacing role.
