Description
Objective:
The
Dealer Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and providing support for all Customer Service functions.
Location:
Corporate/Remote
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee Customer Service, including managing Customer Service Representatives and owning all Customer Service processes
- Develop and monitor strategies to increase the quality of service provided to customers
- Build rapport with key decision makers during the entire sales process.
- Effectively troubleshoot, analyze issues, and take the appropriate actions to resolve any problems.
- Complete regular and service orders required by dealer customers as needed.
- Assist in the management and reporting of dealer orders and Customer Service metrics.
Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Education and/or Training:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new programs and systems
- Experience with 2020 Kitchen Design and inSight would be an asset
- Knowledge and experience within the construction/building/cabinet industry will be considered an asset
