Description

Objective:
The
Dealer Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and providing support for all Customer Service functions.


Location:
Corporate/Remote


Main Responsibilities:


  • Oversee Customer Service, including managing Customer Service Representatives and owning all Customer Service processes
  • Develop and monitor strategies to increase the quality of service provided to customers
  • Build rapport with key decision makers during the entire sales process.
  • Effectively troubleshoot, analyze issues, and take the appropriate actions to resolve any problems.
  • Complete regular and service orders required by dealer customers as needed.
  • Assist in the management and reporting of dealer orders and Customer Service metrics.

Skills and Abilities:


  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Education and/or Training:


  • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new programs and systems
  • Experience with 2020 Kitchen Design and inSight would be an asset
  • Knowledge and experience within the construction/building/cabinet industry will be considered an asset
