QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid BC Real Estate license
• Located in the Lower Mainland
• Knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (sales experience is an asset)
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel by car
