As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain documents, records, and files both physically and digitally.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Support HR functions including maintaining employee records and assisting in onboarding processes.
- Provide administrative support to various teams and projects as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and administrative procedures.
- Experience in QuickBooks Online.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative roles within the construction industry is highly desirable.
