Torres Hardscapes Inc is a leading hardscape construction company dedicated to providing high quality hardscape related installations with upmost professionalize.

We specialize in concrete, interlocking stone and retaining wall installations.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.


Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Organize and maintain documents, records, and files both physically and digitally.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Support HR functions including maintaining employee records and assisting in onboarding processes.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams and projects as required.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of three years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and administrative procedures.
  • Experience in QuickBooks Online.

Education and Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles within the construction industry is highly desirable.
