    Are you a Construction Superintendent? Do you want to work for a General Contractor going through a significant growth period, having secured multiple new projects? Do you specialize in retail renovations? If so, this may be the role you've been looking for


    This General Contractor, are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to lead up their projects across the Nova Scotia area, with travel to their sites in Halifax, Dartmouth and Liverpool required.


    Responsibilities of the Construction Superintendent:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Provide strong leadership and guidance to onsite construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
    • Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying potential costsaving opportunities.
    • Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.

    Qualifications of the Construction Superintendent:

    • Strong knowledge of Retail Construction Processes, codes, and regulations.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
