- Provide strong leadership and guidance to onsite construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying potential costsaving opportunities.
- Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Construction Processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
