Team Auction's main office is in Drayton Valley, Alberta. We have 4 locations total (Taber, Drayton Valley, Fairview, and Kamloops, BC). Equipment Inspection Duties_
- Gather and verify equipment inventory information
- Identify and record equipment components, accessories and asset details
- Ensure the quality of equipment data and other related information
- Verify requirements for warranty applicable items
- Compose and take photos of equipment
- Provide assistance as required to the Sales Team
- Assist the Sales team with appraisals and writeups in the field between peak periods
Yard Duties_
- Receive/release (checkin/checkout) consigned equipment for auction
- Collect customer information for consignments
- Complete customer check in sheet
- Line up equipment for display prior to the auction
- Drive/operate heavy and light equipment
- Perform basic maintenance on TEAM owned equipment & site
- Manage keys for equipment
- Boost equipment as necessary
- Basic assembly of equipment i.e. dozer blades
- Lot sticker equipment
- Recognize that Yard Staff are an integral part of the internal communications network in the yard
- Display signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day
- Assist with refurb of auction items
Job Types:
Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months
Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
