You as a 'System Analyst' will:

Install, configure, and manage network switches, firewalls, servers, storage systems and other wired and wireless LAN and WAN networking equipment.

Develop, maintain, and continually improve standardized work practices.
Design and implement server and storage solutions to meet the needs of the organization
Monitor storage performance and capacity, and take proactive measures to ensure optimal performance
Investigate and resolve incidents and problems
Ensure data availability, integrity, and security, and comply with industry standards and best practices
Follow defined ITIL processes and company policies.
Maintaining accurate documentation and designs of systems configurations, and network and operating procedures.
Manage incidents and own them through resolution.

Is this the right role for you?

Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
Working knowledge of IT security concepts in an enterprise environment.
Experience with configuration and troubleshooting of switches, wireless access points, and firewalls, preferably Cisco and Aruba
Experience with storage technologies, including storage arrays, SANs, and NAS systems
Strong understanding of storage protocols, such as Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and NFS
Experience working on Cisco UCS, Dell, HP servers, NetApp, Veeam and VMware.
2+ years supporting a Virtualized infrastructure utilizing the VMware Suite of products
Ability to lift, move and/or carry equipment and materials up to 50 lb.
Ability to work in confined spaces to do hardware installations and configuration.
Ability to travel and work outdoor

Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Sitting
Part of on-call rotation
MCP/MCSE, CompTIA Server+, VCP, CCNA are desirable certifications
