Job Title:
Delivery Specialist / Vehicle Acquisition Specialist / Technology Champion

Reporting to:
Ryan James, Oscar Jimenez, Inder Busser, Paul Bowes

Department:
Sales

Function:

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and familiarity when taking delivery of new and used vehicles, with a primary focus on new Toyota and Toyota Certified Used vehicles.

Additionally, the role involves the acquisition of vehicles, primarily through the service department.

Role:

To provide support to the sales department in enhancing the overall customer experience during the vehicle delivery process and through continued customer interaction.

Scope and Range:

Remain updated on everchanging vehicle technology and brief sales representatives on any major changes in Toyota updates.
Work closely with Service and Sales personnel to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Main Tasks and Duties:

Customer Familiarization:

Assist sales personnel in ensuring the customer is fully aware and understands all of their purchased vehicle's options and equipment.

Vehicle Setup:
Assist sales personnel in the delivery/setup of all new Toyota and Toyota Certified Used vehicles.

Technology Updates:

Act as the go-to "Technology Champion" within the sales department, informing team members of critical updates in vehicle technology.

Vehicle Acquisition:
Work with the service department for vehicle acquisition, as needed.

Additional Duties:
Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as and when they occur.

Salary:
$12.35-$30.88 per hour
