Job Description:
Arcadis IBI Group's Vancouver office is in search of an
Project Manager (Architecture) to join our collaborative and innovative Institutional Architecture team.

Most of the things you'll work on:
- Manage multiple project resources from cross-functional teams, as well as interfacing with project leaders, technology specialists, professional staff, vendors and consultants
- Coordinate the architectural and project design on a collection of complex small projects, medium size projects or large projects
- Prepare and coordinate detailed design and construction documents, review of working drawings prepared by inhouse staff or outside consultants
- Define and decide objectives related to the project or segment of a large project from a cost, schedule, technical and quality perspective
- Conduct onsite observations and document site reviews, processes submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFI
Qualifications:
You'll Need to Have:
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in Architecture required
- Must be registered with the AIBC, or eligible to be registered in the province of British Columbia
- Minimum 10 years of related experience, ideally with institutional/healthcare architectural experience
- LEED accredited professional is preferred
- Ability to hand sketch and communicate concepts and ideas to others effectively
- Ability to oversee development of building documentation in modeling/drafting software (Autodesk Revit)
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to check work of others for accuracy and completeness and manage team to meet project budget and schedule
- Strong understanding of project financials
